VDL Groep Quinthago Z is a grey mare s. Quinar Z. Quinthago was ridden by Leopold van Asten. They started their carreer by winning the World Championships for 5-year old show jumpers in Lanaken 2009. After that they continued up to international 1m60 level.

Mother to VDL Groep Quinthago Z is Carthaga Z (s. Carthago Z). This mare has several offspring performing in sport, such as Miss Quidam and the KWPN approved stallion Chellthago Z. Grandmother Inka is a BWP registered daughter by Romeo (G. Ramiro Z x Remus I).

Father Quinar is a product of the proven combination Quidam de Revel and a Holsteiner mare. On his dam’s side Quinar Z again carries the valuable jumping blood of the legendary stallion Almé Z via his son Aloube Z. The dam’s line of Quinar Z further adds the sport blood of Calypso I and goes back directly to a full sister of the well-known Holsteiner stallions Mahdi I and II from lineage 1020. In topsport we find several jumpers that Quinar Z fathered like: Quadrigo, Queensland, Quintender, Quick Nick, Memphis, Uppercut Chavannais and Que Sera.

In 2010 the first offspring of VDL Groep Quinthago Z was born. This horse (s. Calvaro Z) is named VDL Groep Clemens Z.
