VDL Groep Ernest (s. Diamant de Semilly) is a chestnut gelding bred by Stoeterij Duyselshof. His dam VDL Groep Navarett also is mother to VDL Groep Cassanova Z and VDL Groep Hutch.
During his first years in show jumping Ernest has been trained and showed by Niclas Parmler. Via participation in the Final of the Stal Hendrix / KWPN Limburg competition 2013 for 4-year old showjumpers and several placings in international classes for Young Horses they reached up to 1m40 level. Ernest was sold in 2018.
